First, I want to share an awesome site:
My name is Jim and I like to make pancakes for my Daughter, Allison. She seems to like them, but, being 3 I don’t think she really cares too much.
My dad used to make me really fun shaped pancakes like “The Moon,” “Lightbulb,” “Balloon,” and “Just eat the damn thing before it gets cold” so I guess I can credit his genius.
Hope you enjoy the pancakes. Be sure to leave me a comment and let me know how I’m doing.

God gives us friends as his greatest gift:
God gave us the season
each with its own beauty and reason
each meant to bring us a blessing,
a joy, and a feeling of love.
God gave us dreams
each with its own secret,
each sent to give us feelings of inspiration, hope, and tranquility.
God gave us the sun,
the rainbows, and the rain,
the beauty and freedom of nature
to each us the wisdom of gentle acceptance.
God gave us miracles
in our hearts and lives,
the little things that have happened
to remind us we are alive.
God gave us the ability
to face each new day
with courage, wisdom, and a smile from knowing
that whatever sorrow or pain we face,
God abides with us
securely in our hearts.
Most of all, God gave us friends, grandmas, parents, sisters, brothers
to teach us about love
and guide us through this world,
always available to help us forward
towards a greater understanding and a greater sharing and giving of love.

I checked out Jim’s site, and his Like page on Facebook, and I think it’s awesome! I was shocked to see that he has over 28,000 followers on his FB page!
Who would have thought that a website/fan page could be so popular!
