Today’s Topic is “who would you NOT want to be stuck in a elevator with?
Anyone who knows me knows that I use to be terrified of elevators and heights. I no longer have this fear.
But it is not a person I would be afraid of, it is being Alone in the elevator with myself and if it
got Stuck-Heaven Forbid!
I work in Security and I have to patrol a huge football field of a building and many many levels.
I also do others things, but I have to take an elevator becasue If I took the stairs up and down,
I would not be able to do my patrol; I would get “winded” per say.
Oh yes, we have a phone for Fire dept and all sorts of fancy buttons, but if I got into an
elevator and it broke down with me in it, I don’t know how I would handle that. Considering
I was afraid of enclosed spaces forever and just got over my fear. Yes I am afraid to be in
an elevator with ME, MYSELF and I. But then again I do it daily. LOL

I once worked in a building where you could guarantee at least one of the four lifts (sorry, can’t do the elevator thing) would break down every morning with a rush hour load of people. I don’t think you’d have liked working in that building.
My fear is steep stadium seating. I can’t sit in the top levels - I feel I am going to fall onto the playing field.

The elevators at my place of employment are death traps! And that’s an understatement!
