Hello, and welcome to my blog. I have been doing the post a week from day one in Jan.
I have to break this habit as circumstances have taken a turn and I have to work more hours
than I expected to. I work every Sunday 12 hours now and I am just wiped out.
I hope to still comment on blogs and post a week. I will add all that when I get the energy.
It’s crazy when I am tired, it’s like my brain turns off. Does that happen to you?
So, Easter~I did not enjoy it as I worked and enjoyed reading all of the lovely posts for Sunday.

Happy Easter Jackie!
I think it is smart idea to blog in a less stressful way. Since your new job, congratulations by the way, is demanding, it does make sense.
Best wishes!
Eliz
Don’t stress over it Jackie - just do what you feel comfortable with.
I agree, Jackie. Don’t stress about it. Life happens. Sometimes we just have to go with the flow.
DO NOT try to be Superwoman or Wonderwoman - I’ve been thre, done that and you’ll just burn yourself out.
My recommendation would be to blog when you feel like it or when something crops up that you want to write about.
I realise that for authors, writing every day is part of developing your skills, but staying well is the most important thing.
Yup, I agree too. Blogging is fun but not more important than your job or your health. Post when you can - we’ll still be here!
Thank you to all my fellow blogging buddies on here. I was so worried that you did not care and it felt good to come home on Easter knowing you all do care. Much Love, Jackie
Your situation is like me.I have been busy since April.
I think that the most important thing is enjoying blogging.
So “should write” isn’t good.
Anyway I hope you’ll be able to enjoy your life.
We will all be here when you DO blog, no worries Happy Easter Monday!!
I hope you can keep up some of your blogging! But take it easy.
Oh Jackie…I will follow any time you are able to post and hope you can come back more soon!
Chris. …thank you so much for your support and encouragement…you have been super!!!
Blogging should be fun, not a chore! Go at your own pace.
I love reading your blog…that said, if you feel you need to cut down, then do so. Even if you change it to post a week instead of once a day, you can always blog MORE if you have time and the DESIRE to do so comes along. But at least then, maybe you won’t feel so stressed like you HAVE to. Then you will be blogging extra because you WANT to.
Yes you should but only if you can. Don’t put uneeded stress on yourself whenever you can avoid it. A goal is great but reality is sometimes different. Do your best, that’s all you can expect to strive for. Love always, Teresa
Hi Jackie,
First of all, congratulations on getting your new job! The last time I heard from you, you were seeking guidance from the Lord, as to whether or not you should consider taking the job, or something to that effect.
I think it is wise, to cut back on blogging now, because you have other pressing things in your life, at this time. It’s definitely easier to write, when you are not exhausted! So, get your priorities straightened out, and do what is best for you! I’ll be checking in on your site, to see whether or not you’ve written anything new, from time to time. Also, I hope that I’ll hear from you as well, whenever you can stop by.
God bless you, Jackie. Again, congratulations!
