Beth Moore Book Review

So Long Insecurity Group Experience by Beth Moore. I wish to say that Tyndale House Publishers has provided me with a complimentary copy of this book in 2011.

This is a great resource companion book to go along with the book. I highly recommend it as it helps to look up scriptures and have a group discussion on our Insecurities. This book will help encourage woman as they work through their own struggles with insecurity and learn to grow in the knowledge of God’s word and his solutions for permanent change.

I would recommend this book to all small groups, bible study groups, in a home study course and through any ministry related to Christ and Learning to overcome Insecurity.

I think it is wonderful to have scriptures to help cure our insecurities. For example, in Philippians 4:6-9 it states, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.” (NIV BIBLE)

Beth Moore is an author and Bible teacher of best-selling Bible studies and books for women. She is the founder of Living Proof Ministries and speaker at Living Proof Live women’s events across the US. Beth’s mission is to guide women everywhere into a richer, more fulfilling relationship with Jesus.

  1. Thanks for sharing this wonderful prayer resource book.

  2. Jackie! What a wonderful video clip of Beth Moore. I had to watch it a couple of times, then I asked my husband to watch it with me. Such a message, a wonderful, yet challenging message.

The scripture from Philippians is one of my most favourite. Actually, Ph 4: 4-9. For me it is always a message from my Dad. We shared a love for these words.

Thank you, Jackie, I needed this today.

    Patricia
