The Focus Wheel Process

The Focus Wheel Process is exercise seventeen in Ask and It Is Given by Abraham-Hicks. The first time I used this process I was trying to specifically manifest the job on the ship that I’m after, I’ve since learnt that the focus on what you want that hasn’t manifested leads your awareness to the fact that you don’t have it yet and that alone will keep it from you. I’ve also remembered that being too specific can limit what comes to you since you don’t know what’s not on your radar-screen, but the universe does so being general in your asking is much better.

You begin with the subject of what it is you are trying to manifest, it is better to be general and place that in the centre of the wheel.

You then start out with the most positive though you currently believe at the moment and place that in the first section.

From there you gradually move to a better feeling thought that you can believe in as you move around the wheel.

You should feel uplifted at the end with a new thought that feels good and you completely believe in.

Here is the break down of the one I just completed on Financial Abundance:

  1. I have always had enough money for what I want.
  2. Money has started coming more easily to me recently.
  3. Money is energy, energy is abundant. I am already attracting more money than before.
  4. There are a million different ways for money to come to me that are off my radar screen. I am good at increasing the among of money that I manifest.
  5. With the changes I’ve already made I will attract more money without doing anything different than I’m doing right now.
  6. I am releasing lots of unknown blocks using B.E.S.T. so I am attracting more abundance with out making an effort.
  7. I have evidence that a bit of time feeling really good has begun to attract more abundance.
  8. The more time I spend feeling good, the more abundance I will allow into my life.
  9. In order to feel good more Appreciating my life now and doing things that make me feel good will release any resistance.
  10. The only activity I need to focus on to manifest abundance is monitoring how I feel throughout the day and trying to feel better.
  11. “What can I do right now to feel even better?” = abundance
  12. The one action that I can take to create results is to ask the question above as often as possible.

As you can see by the strikeouts I sometimes was trying to jump too far ahead and it wasn’t something that resonated with my belief level. Its important when doing this to go around the wheel gradually, otherwise you will find that you don’t truly believe the statement that you finish with. It actually took me about three days to complete this, but I was feeling better and better with each new thought, so I didn’t stress about completing it all in one sitting.

I feel really good about realizing the action that I can take, I’ve alway had the action approach towards getting what I want so its been hard for me to shift that behaviour. I have been getting sidetracked on this process mostly by my desire to find some task, exercise, practice or action to do. Now I have an action I can do that is aligned with thinking and feeling my way into manifesting my abundance.

  2. This is such a good explanation. I just could not get into the focus wheel process until today. I’ve been listening to the Abe guided meditations for almost 1 month now and I finally see how powerful this process is now. I’m doing it everyday now for everything I can think of!
